It is located in the west-south part of the building. The studio room consists of an air-conditioned sleeping area with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. The room can be reserved for up to four adults and one child under the age of five who will sleep on the bed with parents. It is dedicated to families with children and couples. Each room has a balcony, air conditioning and high-speed WIFI wireless network.
